Shift Your Mind.
Release the Past.
A rapid and powerful approach for emotional healing and change.
What is IEMT?
IEMT is a gentle, non-invasive process that helps your brain re-code emotional imprints connected to past events. Unlike traditional talk therapy, IEMT works directly with the neurological patterns that trigger emotional distress.
How It Works
Guided eye movements help activate specific parts of the brain involved in emotional memory. This allows your system to “update” old patterns, reducing guilt, shame, anxiety, or anger—without needing to relive the painful memories.
Benefits of IEMT
- Quickly calms emotional reactions – IEMT helps the mind and body process strong emotions efficiently, allowing you to respond to challenging situations with calm and clarity.
- Helps with anxiety, guilt, and unresolved trauma – By addressing the root cause of emotional distress, IEMT reduces lingering anxiety, releases guilt, and resolves unresolved traumatic experiences safely.
- Rebuilds self-trust and emotional stability – Clients often find renewed confidence in themselves, stronger emotional regulation, and the ability to navigate life’s ups and downs with steadiness.
- Promotes rapid, lasting change – IEMT works at both conscious and subconscious levels, supporting swift transformation that is sustainable and life-enhancing.

The Integrative Difference
At Soul Echo Therapy, we enhance IEMT by integrating Sound Therapy and Hypnotherapy, creating a holistic approach that addresses both mind and body. Gentle therapeutic frequencies help soothe the nervous system while hypnosis facilitates subconscious integration. This combination promotes deeper healing, cognitive clarity, and somatic peace, helping you release old patterns and move toward emotional freedom.
Dr. Couldry is a certified IEMT practitioner in Arizona, and is listed on the official IEMT Member Directory.
Our Other Services
Beyond Sound Therapy: Music As Medicine
At Soul Echo Therapy, we use sound not just as music, but as medicine. Through instruments like crystal bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and the human voice itself, sound waves communicate directly with your nervous system—helping the body shift from stress to calm.
EMDR : Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing
EMDR helps your brain reprocess distressing memories so they no longer feel overwhelming. Using guided eye movements or bilateral stimulation, we access the brain’s natural healing system—allowing past experiences to lose their emotional charge.
Clinical Hypnotherapy: Harness the Power of Your Subconscious
Clinical Hypnotherapy uses guided relaxation to access the subconscious mind—the part of you that holds patterns, emotions, and automatic responses. In this natural state of focus, we can reframe old beliefs, calm anxiety, and create lasting change.
